For this reason, I would typically advise against making drastic/ expensive changes mid
renovation.
Often when people do change the scope, it’s because they’ve gotten emotional, but we should remember we are not going to be living in this property.
Increasing the renovation cost can add financial strain if you run out of funds, it can also effect your bottom line if you don’t get your money back.
Have a renovation budget and a healthy contingency and stick to that.
