When chatting with Liz last week on the FB Live Interview she said it took her 7 months to find her first deal 🤝
She then found her second deal within 6 weeks of the first🥇
Her message was no to get despondent if it takes you a little while to secure your first deal. 😊
We should acknowledge that most people go to work for 40 hours + per week, for 48 weeks on the year to earn maybe $100k or $150k per annum. 😭
But in property deals we are not paid for the hours we work, we are paid for the results we receive. 💰
You must be prepared to prospect for free, you are not paid to hunt, but when you strike gold you are rewarded handsomely.
Imagine the amount of deals you could find if you put in the same amount of time as you do in your day job 💯
Now imagine how much money you would make from all those deals you landed. 🤑
But it’s not easy & that’s why the old saying goes ‘If it was easy, everyone would be doing it 🏠
