When I first started flipping houses I was doing them all over Perth 🏠
What I learnt though, was it was better to become an area expert, or at least play ▶️ in the same market.
Once you find a niche in the market & you know what your buyer wants, you just rinse repeat 🔁
There is no need to re-invent the wheel 🛞 each renovation, by having a cookie cutter model, this will save you time & money which ultimately maximises your profits 💰
Don't try skint on skip bins, every time I do I end up running out of space and need to order a new bin which ends up costing me more.
