People always ask me how come I do so many more deals than most other people?
It comes down to one reason and that’s because I put in more time prospecting for deals than most other people
I am constantly thinking about where am I going to get the next deal from?
I do tasks that will lead me to my next deal…
Often when I ask people how the deal front is looking and what are they working on?
I get answers like…
“I haven’t had time”
“Christmas was a busy time”
“Kids have been on holidays”
“I’ve been tired”
Get rid of the excuses….
If you want to be successful at flipping houses, get busy at doing the tasks that will lead to finding opportunities.
