For me, I like deals that I’m in & out of the deal as quickly as possible with as little time & effort required by me that pays me well.I love landing new deals…
I love negotiating and buying property really well…I love getting a great deal…
But turning an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan, that doesn’t make me kick! That’s the work of my tradepeople, that’s what I pay them for.
