Two days ago someone joined this group, yesterday I banned them.
They made a post about poor workmanship on a property that had been recently renovated
Without knowing the facts, they assumed that a ceiling with mould had been patched over, when it should have been removed.
They were calling it dodgey workmanship.
Whereas in fact, as part of the Renovation that ceiling was brand new. The old ceiling had been completely removed & a new ceiling was in place.
Needless to say the renovators whose renovation it was weren’t very happy being referred to as ‘dodgey’ considering it was a brand new ceiling.
The lesson here is to not assume anything unless we know the facts.
Let’s lift each other up, not lay the boots in
Happy flipping 😉
