Did you know…7 months ago it wasn’t even on my radar to create this FB group, release a course & offer coaching on how to flip houses for profit 🏘️
Early last year my flipping journey was going well, I was making great profits & I had built a good team… when I decided I wanted to build another business 🏫
I had seen the buyers agent evolution taking place & building momentum in WA 👁️
I decided it was for me & I was setting everything up & started creating some content about my property flipping, when people started showing an interest, asking me how I was flipping so many properties so quickly & making such great profits…people began sending me DM’s asking if I would coach them 🆗
It was then in July, 2023 that I decided to pivot & I decided I would put my efforts into showing people the strategies I use to buy property off-market, under market value using other people’s money to make healthy profits 🤑
I took on a handful of 1on1 coaching clients in September, 2023 😀
I released my course in October, 2023 💪
November, I added free weekly group coaching sessions to those enrolled in my course 🆓
Over the Xmas break I brainstormed how I could make it better 🤔🎄
In January we tripled our coaching sessions going from one per week to 11 per month. 👏
As of Monday, Michelle Noakes is onboard as a property flip coach (35 flips completed) who will run a Monday night coaching session…you may remember Michelle as my 1st FB Live guest 🙏🥳
I will continue to provide the Wednesday night coaching session 😜
Wayne Donnelly is onboard as a mindset coach providing a fortnightly session on a Thursday 🧠
Property analyst John Lindeman’ is providing a monthly market update, breaking down each city & providing his boom potential suburbs as well as providing a Q&A 🏠
The past 6 months has been a great ride 🚲
But, the craziest thing of all, the entire business growth has come organically from this FB group 💯
Not in my dreams when I started both this FB group or business did I think we would have had this growth, this quickly ✨
In the coming weeks I have some students completing their first reno/ flips & I can’t wait to share their wins (crazy seeing as the course was only released 3.5 months ago) 🥇
