Here’s my take on window treatments for a house you’re flipping.
It doesn’t have to be anything expensive, because for your photos & home open you have them open so the buyers can see out the windows into the garden.
My go to is buying roller blinds online!
Buying them online is the most cost-effective way, rather than having a company come out, measure up & then back out to fit.
Online companies allow you to measure up & fit yourself.
In my case, my handyman who does all my odd jobs as well as my hybrid flooring & finishes, he measures up for me & fits my roller blinds.
if you were renovating an upmarket property when there was a buyer expectation for better quality you might use shutters or something better quality…
But, otherwise just remember with roller blinds they are wound up for photos & home opens so buyers will barely see them, so they don’t have to be the best quality on the market.
