People ask me if they should be showing their money partner how much money they are making and by answer is always YES!
Do not be concerned about showing your money partner that you’re making a big profit!
The money partner wants to know that you’re making money, because, If your deal has a small margin, then there’s obviously more risk in it for the money partner.
Don’t be concerned that you’re making much more than what the money partner may be, it is not a profit share!
The project partner & the money partner play two different roles in the partnership, the money partner is purely a financial investor and they’re getting a return on their investment, they get paid regardless of the outcome. Whereas the its the project partner’s deal, you found it, you’re manging everything & you are paid on the outcome
